Last updated 17 October 2026

This covers jatinjainsaraf.com, insight.jatinjainsaraf.com (the blog) and academy.jatinjainsaraf.com (the courses), run by Jatin Jain Saraf. Reading anything on these sites needs no account.

What is stored, and why

If you sign in with Google

Your name, email address, Google account id and profile picture, to create your account. Nothing else is read from your Google account.

While you use the academy and blog

Your course progress and quiz results, and the comments and likes you post, so the site can show them back to you and to others where they are public.

If you subscribe or join a waitlist

Your email address (and the name you give for a waitlist), to send what you signed up for. Every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link, and signed-in readers can switch updates off on their account page.

Analytics

The sites use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to see which pages are read and how fast they load. These services set their own cookies and process data under their own policies.

What is not done with it

Your data is not sold, rented or shared for advertising. It is only shared with the services that run the sites: Vercel (hosting), MongoDB Atlas (database), Google (sign-in and email delivery) and the analytics services above.

Social accounts connected by the site owner

The site owner connects his own Instagram account, YouTube channel and LinkedIn profile so that posts made from the course material can be published to them. Those connections use access granted by the owner only, are used only to publish and read statistics for the owner's own posts, and never touch any visitor's accounts.

YouTube access uses the YouTube API Services; see the Google Privacy Policy and the YouTube Terms of Service.

Your choices

You can ask for your account and everything stored with it to be deleted, or for a copy of it, by emailing jatinjainsaraf@gmail.com. Requests are handled within 30 days.
